Kegan Boswell Executive Director/Founder "I was born in Madison County with a Christian upbringing. But at 15 years old I strayed away from God. I was told when I was very young that I would be called into ministry. That was not something I thought would come to pass in my life. I ran from God for a long time but as I got older it seemed God kept calling me. I finally turned my life over to God and I knew that everything I had gone through would lead me to helping men find their way to God." Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. (1 Corinthians 15:58) |
Deremy Myers Vice president “I was born into a family of addicts. I never thought that I had a choice, I thought drugs was something that I was supposed to do. I spent 20 years in active addiction, lost countless love one’s due to drug addiction, and completely destroyed my life getting high. I always secretly wanted to stop, but I knew that I was beaten by my disease. After attending a couple of rehabs & still having horrible relapses, I finally turned my will over to God. It was then that I found a path that worked for me; giving back to my community is a huge part of my recovery. Being a part of Divine Healing has given me the opportunity to do this on so many different levels. Taking the good from the different recovery centers and trying to in incorporate them into Divine Healing was one of the goals Kegan and I shared to make this a good place for men to find their way to a better life.” |
Nicholas Hamdan Secretary “I was born in October of 1998. I was raised in Hartwell, Ga by the best mother and step-father anybody could ever ask for. I was active in church throughout my childhood & always felt/ told I had a calling on my life. When I turned 16 I started hanging out with the “older crowd” & doing things that weren’t good for me, which included avoiding God. By the age of 18 I caught my first charge and was placed on probation for 5 years & that wasn’t enough for me to stop the life I was living. After much more trouble & many years of heartache, I finally got tired of living that way and surrendered my life to the Lord in 2021 while being an active client at Divine Healing, where I was later given the opportunity to be the Servant Leader. While serving in this position, I knew serving and helping others was something I had been called to do. I graduated the program & was given the opportunity to serve on the board of directors for Divine Healing. My life has changed so much in such short time & I give all the glory to God.” David Wrinkle Chairmen Born in 1972, my journey began in Gwinnett County, where I sought purpose and meaning. At 12, I made a heartfelt decision, inviting Jesus into my life. However, as time passed, I became lost in the pursuit of worldly pleasures, straying far from my faith. After 25 years of wandering, I found myself in a jail cell, facing the consequences of my choices. It was in that moment of despair that I cried out to God, seeking solace and forgiveness. In His infinite mercy, He revealed His unwavering love, offering me redemption and a path to true fulfillment. Embracing Christ’s grace, I underwent a profound transformation. I realized that the peace and joy I had been searching for could only be found in Him. This realization ignited a passion within me to share His love with others and guide them on their own journey of healing and spiritual growth. Now, as a part of Divine Healing, I am dedicated to helping others discover the same transformative power of God’s love. Through my own experiences, I have come to understand the depth of His grace and the beauty of His redemption. My mission is to spread His message of love and healing, leading others towards a life filled with purpose, joy, and eternal grace. |
